1. TERMS ACCEPTANCE

Accessing Mythryxa signifies your complete and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service. These terms create a legally binding agreement governing your relationship with Mythryxa. Users who find any provision unacceptable must immediately cease all use of this platform and refrain from future access.

2. SOCIAL CASINO CLASSIFICATION

Mythryxa functions exclusively as a social casino entertainment platform. This classification carries specific implications: all games utilize virtual currency without real-world monetary value, no actual gambling occurs on this platform, and all activities are designed purely for entertainment and recreational purposes. Users cannot win real money through Mythryxa under any circumstances.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

Mythryxa enforces a strict minimum age requirement of eighteen years. Users below this age threshold are categorically prohibited from accessing or using any aspect of this platform. These virtual assets cannot be purchased using real money. They cannot be sold or converted to real money. They cannot be transferred between users. 5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users must refrain from various prohibited activities including but not limited to: attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical means, reverse engineering platform software or game algorithms, deploying automated scripts or bots to interact with games, exploiting discovered vulnerabilities rather than reporting them, interfering with other users' enjoyment of the platform, and impersonating Mythryxa staff or other users. Violation of these prohibitions results in immediate permanent account termination.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTIONS

Mythryxa and all associated content—including game mechanics, visual assets, audio files, software code, text content, branding elements, and design choices—constitute intellectual property protected by applicable laws. Users receive only a limited, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment. No ownership rights transfer to users. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Mythryxa content is strictly forbidden.

7. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Mythryxa reserves absolute authority to modify any aspect of its service without advance warning or user consultation. This includes altering game availability, changing platform features, adjusting user interfaces, implementing new restrictions, modifying these terms, or discontinuing service entirely. Users possess no entitlement to continued access or to any specific platform feature.

We specifically disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, and non-infringement. We make no guarantees regarding service uptime, game functionality, outcome fairness, or platform suitability for your needs. Users accept all risks associated with platform use.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythryxa and its operators, owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from platform use or inability to use the platform. This limitation encompasses direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, and special damages. This limitation applies regardless of whether we were advised of damage possibility and regardless of legal theory invoked.

10. USER INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mythryxa and its associated parties from any claims, demands, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from user conduct, terms violations, or infringement of third-party rights. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your access to Mythryxa.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes arising from these terms or platform use shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Arbitration proceeds on an individual basis—class actions are not permitted. Users waive rights to jury trials and to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. TERMS MODIFICATIONS

Mythryxa may revise these Terms of Service at any time by posting updated terms on this page. Material revisions will be reflected in the document date. Continued platform use after term modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Users disagreeing with modifications must discontinue platform use immediately.

13. TERMINATION RIGHTS

Mythryxa reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access immediately, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after access termination.
